QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality Assurance rather than quality control is exercised in Srujana Enterprises.
Each operation in the process is planned so as to ensure the required quality.
Periodic process capability test are carried out by drawing X-Bar Chart. This
not only ensures defect free products, but reduces the percentage of rejections
and scrap which in the final analysis makes us more cost competitive.
The measuring instruments required at all stages are provided. All measuring instruments like Digital Vernier, Dial Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc., are periodically calibrated through external calibrating agencies with NABL accreditation.
Srujana Enterprises has qualified and trained Personnel in the procedures of Quality assurance who ensure the products flowing out is to the full satisfaction of our customers. We also follow system in scraping of rejected components to avoid any possible mix up any stage and during dispatch.
